Perfectly Popped Parties was created in 2018 as a creative outlet that morphed into a creative business. Since then I’ve exceled in my craft and have taken several enhancement courses in balloon design and decor. I have since been offered opportunities to work on productions for the likes of BET Network , MegaMind Media and grocery store chains. I’ve created memories for Birthdays, Baby Showers, Graduations and so many more occasions. My love for decorating and helping others in bringing their decor visions to life is ultimately why Perfectly Popped Parties was established. We are located in the Washington metropolitan area (also known as the National Capital Region and colloquially as the DMV for “D.C. Maryland Virginia”).
